This will disappoint a lot of you but its not from Trudeau or the Liberal party.

Its a private member bill introduced by a member of a party that has only 25 seats.

The bill has almost zero chance of passing.

It makes good rage bait for right wing media though.

True, but the MP belongs to the NDP which has formed a coalition with the LPC. Without the NDP's backing the government would fall.

This private bill is not part of the supply and confidence agreement.

Hypothetically if the bill passed the constitutionality would also be challenged in court.

Both NDP and Liberal polling is very low, so they will ride things out until the next election. You don't bring down the government when your polling is low.

Based on some things he endorsed in the past, not such a big stretch to believe he was possibly behind it.

It would be dumb for Trudeau to do this and create more conflict between pro-oil Alberta and anti-oil Quebec. Not a smart political move.

The reply does not reference Canadians nor Americans of any background whatsoever. It is about an adversary to the Western way of life that has been setting up colonies all over the globe, to include British Columbia.

May the people that immigrate to North American to find a better life, pursue life, liberty, and the pursuit of happy be fully blessed. And be proud to call themselves Americans, Canadians, etc. And that the people of Canada and America welcome these immigrants whose desire to become Canadian and American welcome these people who desire to enjoy the values of these great nations that embrace self-determination, with the warmest arms.

And the many thousands of mostly young Canadian Soldiers that died in WWI and WWII and their remains are laid to rest in countries other than their domicile of Canada- these young Canadians that gave their all so the Canadian people can be free- their gravestones do not say Italian Canadian, Chinese Canadian, French Canadian, British Candian, German Canadian..... they say what they were..... Canadian.....
