    First roadbike - 2006 Honda 599 (Hornet)

Nice bike, I was gonna get a hornet as my first bike but someone bought it before I could. I ended up w/ a 01 f4i, love it.

Nice bike, I just saw those the other day on the web. There is a good video of the zero dirt bike on youtube as well.

New Linkin Park CD in June

Cool, the song is ok. I started listening to linkin park w/ hybrid theory, they have gone more toward chester singing and less of mike rapping in recent years it seems. I really liked Fort Minor's music, kind of wish mike would do some more there.

    Motorcycle Oil Suggestion?

How often are you changing it out? What is the recommended oil for your bike? Does your manual list more than one viscosity like for different temp ranges? I run T6 in my cbr600, though it's not a track bike and I don't push it like I'm sure you are pushing your bike. A lot of people advocate...

    Dip Stick or Owner's Manual

I've got an 04 dodge ram w/ a 3.7 v6 and it calls for 5 qts. in the manual but only takes like 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 to reach full on the dipstick. I've done a full 5 qts. before in it w/o any issues, but I've been following the dipstick for most of my oil changes. I'd check the tsb's if you haven't or...

    New Purolator commercial (vs Fram)

I don't think I've ever said I've seen a fram fail. Using metal end caps is a better idea than using paper/fiber IMHO, that's one reason I don't use them. Another is their filtration spec isn't as good as purolator, extra guard 95% at >20 micron vs. 97.5% at 20 micron for purolator. Retail...

Mobil 1 substitute for AGIP 4T Racing

Well plenty of people use Mobil 1 15w-50 and 10w40 in their bikes so I think it would be fine.

Airaid synthamax dry cone filter vs OE

The filtration of the OEM filter isn't gonna be much better than the airaid synthamax if at all, though it can probably hold more dirt. 99% initial and cumulative efficiency is very good for fine dust, and considering the pictures of the test filter on their site I don't think many people are...

Airaid synthamax dry cone filter vs OE

They're comparable to the AEM dryflow, I started a thread w/ info and efficiency numbers in it awhile ago here Synthamax info .

    *New* Purolator Synthetic Filter *Pics*

What filter are you seeing conflicting numbers on? The PL30001 is 99.9% at 20 microns, there are only a few pureones that are 99.9% at 40 microns and it says on the box.

    *New* Purolator Synthetic Filter *Pics*

Thanks for sacrificing a filter for us. I just want to confirm that the PSL14612 says 99% at 25 microns on the box b/c I believe the PL14612 and PL14610 (slightly longer version) say 99.9% at 40 microns on the box.

2003 Jeep liberty, oil & service light, yllow gunk

It's the 3.7 in the liberty right? If so that yellow milky [censored] is normal for it and the 4.7. I don't know what your issue is but it probably has nothing to do w/ the condensation under your fill cap. Have you ever changed/cleaned your pcv valve?
