Last month I spent the better part of a day on the phone trying to chase this down even including Shell's customer service which, strangely, was of little help. I finally gave up and went with another choice for my A3 2.0 liter engine first oil change.

Traxxion Dynamics likes Maxima fork oil which I use. Works well, but only have a few thousand miles on it in the FZ1.
