    Is that 13.06v when new a typo? 12.3 was with the battery hooked to the truck and sitting over night? 12.63 is after the battery tender? What is battery rated at for 850?

    I second the how old the battery is? That battery tested out missing almost 150 amps less than rated and at 12.6v. I would replace the battery.

    Fluid film fail on me today

    I've been using Fluid Film for almost 3 yrs on our fleet of trucks. I go through about a Case a month at each location. I have never had an issue with cold weather operation of components to aprox -40f and road salt/dirt. Lock, key cylinders, hinges and any other wear surface.
