Yes it was 1911 and yes folks were driving Model T's, but



I'd still like to have my 67 Beetle back....life was easy then..imho 2 quarts of oil roughly ,lol

I still have my 1965 Beetle however it is now a 1600 motor and 12 volt system. A 5 qt jug will do 2 oil changes every 2K per change. Only has a rock strainer for a filter.


Don't waste your time on a slipshod repair.

I have a Springfield 1911 9mm "Loaded". Only mod was GI length guide rod and new end cap. I didn't like the fullsize because it required an allen wrench to field strip it.
