Inspection for what?

A majority of US states only inspect for emissions. Besides that particular Mercedes SLK is approx 20 yrs old and consequently would in some cases qualify as an antique.
 
I like it because it is really different from most vehicles and it appears to be a show car since it's really clean. Looks like the owner can afford it too.

In North Carolina, your bumper is not supposed to be more that 6 inches above stock height. Now do they really check?
