A majority of US states only inspect for emissions. Besides that particular Mercedes SLK is approx 20 yrs old and consequently would in some cases qualify as an antique.

I like it because it is really different from most vehicles and it appears to be a show car since it's really clean. Looks like the owner can afford it too.
If you look closely those are the Z-50 Honda replica mini bikes on the back carrier. Those are really cool dual purpose 125cc Honda mini bikes. Nice!!!!!!!

In North Carolina, your bumper is not supposed to be more that 6 inches above stock height. Now do they really check?
