So what would be your estimation on the gap between an engineer in silicon valley that is a foreigner vs an American one?
Are you suggesting that there are American engineers that choose to be a waiter or an Uber driver rather than work for a reputable company in their respective career just because they will not pay them a certain amount, so instead a fereigner gets their job for "peanuts"?
I have no idea what the guy/gal sitting next to me is making doing the same job, never mind the difference if they are American or not.
