My wife's 2014 Nissan Rogue, 53,749 miles on the car, 5,200 miles on the oil change.
Out: Quaker State Ultimate Durability 0W20 Synthetic, Fram PH 6607
In: Same, QSUD 0W20 and Fram PH6607
Rotated the tires and gave it a good wash while I was at it.

Oil was barely on stick and was beyond finished. It was very thick so it took some time to drain at least it is clean looking in oil cap. Talk to owner about going to a high mileage oil but since Valvoline is only one I know of with GM certification for high mileage she is not sure since Pennzoil is her oil for decades. This is yet another car for her that uses oil after 100k and all of them primary highway miles.

I did it, I changed my own oil yesterday!!!
I couldn't wait to do it. So here I am changing my oil with only 2,100 miles on the last dealership oil change. I had bought a 5 quart jug of Castrol Edge 5W30 and like a kid at Christmas I could not wait to open up the present (oil) and use it.
I installed the Fumoto valve, and it was out with the dealership 0W20, and in with the 5W30. Did not change the oil filter though, I will do that at 6k OCI's.
Initial observations were that the engine sounded louder and revved up higher upon initial start up with the new 5W30. I also felt like the engine was not as responsive / loss of a tiny bit of power when I took it out for a twelve mile drive. But today, at the first start up this morning, no high revving or louder than usual sounds. After a nice forty mile drive today, the engine is quiet and smooth, but still feels like it isn't as responsive when accelerating.
