Post your latest oil change

2015 Altima 97,600 miles, Hertz rental purchase, 7K mile OCI

Out: 0w20 Valvoline HM Synthetic, K&N Pro Series filter
In: 0w20 SuperTech HM Synthetic, Purolater Synthetic filter (bigger Honda size I had sitting around)

Used the correct copper washer as the Toyota style fiber washer showed (minimal) sign of leakage; shoulda torqued it!
CVT fluid looks good; will service next time.
ST sure smoothed out that Nissan engine...

I think Toyota sez 10K or 1 year, right?

I would go 5k in this car. It may take 2 years but I would be fine with that. Yes, I know short trips galore, but I say at this point every 5k or 2 years is fine.

Cost: Free received a coupon in the mail from the place I've been taking it to along with a tire rotation. Checked level afterwards and it was perfect. Guy worked on it for 45 mins and did a multi-point inspection.

Yes sir! But I went to a new Getgo cafe for coffee since I woke up early and a custard filled Krispy Kreme donut. Then to the diy car wash before going in for the oil change at 8 am. So no more coffee for me and a different guy was working the desk so the dog wasn't there. Shop was busy and the guy was telling people on the phone they were booked for the day. They open at 7:30 am on Saturday.

Good memory Adam!

Matt: always good to hear about a positive experience

out: Mile-Syn 5w30 and Supertech ST2 (Wix)

In: Valvoline Durablend 10w30 and a new ST2

also changed the rear gear oil because I had to do Rear seals/bearings on it.

drained whatever was in it(looked pretty nasty), I don't think it was factory fill because its now has over 200k on it and the diff cover came off rather easy which usually doesn't happen with factory sealant. anyways I put back in it 2 quarts of Supertech 75w140 and the remaining amount put to make it full i used Valvoline 75w140 and also put in Champion Friction modifier for the limited slip.
