As far as new air filter fitment goes any issues between the common brands today before I go shopping like Purolater, Fram, STP, Napa brand?

To many variables to give any sort of accurate answer. I can say I have had no problems so far with Mann, Delco and Wix/Napa.

No problems with the Frams I used. Whoever gives you the best deal.

New and used Fram after a summer of forest fires.

I like the Fram TG/Ultra air filters, if they are available for your car. The STP Premium air filters at Autozone are also good (and they are a snazzy red color, too)

Same here, I think they are my new favorite.

I have used WIX and O'Reilly branded ones and the Nissan ones. All of them the job really well.

Yo, OP, what vehicle? It's slightly odd you didn't mention it (IYAM).
