I havea Black Stone kit here and I am chaning my oil this weekend. The test would be on the PP High Mileage 5w30 BUT I also ran a can of mos2 in it. You guys think I should just wait and get the sample taken with out the additive that I added in?

Better question is " Why should you get your oil tested?"

Run the oil to 12,000 miles - then send a sample in

Any earlier likely won't tell you anything useful.

(Re:VOA)"it's nearly impossible to actually know the particular additives that are in there at what concentrations."

What vehicle, how many current miles?

But, yea, if you wanna, do it.
