Betty Crocker says, "Those plates don't match-HOW UGLY!".........only kidding.

Seriously; you want ugly? I'll give you double ugly.......

Order those two fine dishes in a diner and see a) what kind of face the waitress makes and b) what kind of dishes you'd receive.

Triple ugly when you see what kind of replacement "maple syrup" you'd get.

Pancakes are a bit flat but the rest looks good.

The pancake batter should have only as much water is needed and should be thick and lumpy. Cook with minimal oil in a non stick pan on low heat and let it rise before flipping...

I've been eating a lot healthier than I used to. I've incorporated much more fruits and vegetables into my diet and cut portions down. Sometimes it's nice to have bad good food though. I started with the pancakes.

Eat much more veggies than fruits because of the sugar and carbs.
