I was at the local Dollar store today and walked by the car aisle.
Pennzoil went really conservative with the PYB front labels. They don't say much.
I kind of like the brevity but most motor heads I know like to read........
Price was ok for quarts.......... $3.75 retail.
Wasn't a buyer just looked at what they had. I'm all oiled out smile

To me all that matters are the specs on the back of the jug, on the front label all you get is the company that makes the oil saying how great it is.

1975 Ford Capri II Ghia 3000 V6, - Shell Helix HX3 20W-50 w/ 20% Rimula R4X 15W-40 HDEO.

1988 Ford Escort Mk4 Xr3i Cabrio, - Shell Rimula R4X 15W-40, w/ 30% Helix 3 20W-50.

Finnish expat in Spain.

"dollar store" but the oil was $3.75? Must have been Dollar General. The only true dollar store is Dollar Tree (not Family Dollar either).

It's Pennzoil. It's either really good or really bad. Good princing.
