This is the oil that Dollar Tree used to sell for a buck a quart.

This car was a Virginia State Police car for the first 100k of it's life. I acquired it at 261,200K. I have no idea what it did between 100k and 261k other than it may have been a cab.

True - but Trop Artic is essentially the same as Motorcraft, VOA looks almost identical, made by Conoco-Phillips.

This is a good oil with lots of Boron (in addition to Calcium/Magnesium), so not knowing the previous maintenance history, could be doing some cleaning up on this OCI making the wear metals seem higher than actuals.

cst at 100C of 9.24

This is a high 20Wt/Low 30wt range, so it sheared a little as the starting point for virgin oil is around 10.5 cst

When I get my hands on a fuel pressure tester, I'm going to do a leak-down test on the fuel injection system. I may have a leaking injector or fuel pressure regulator.

On the other hand, this car is mostly used for commuting 15 miles in stop-and-go traffic, and it's much more "stop" than "go"..can take an hour sometimes...which I suppose could account for the fuel dilution.
