Just bought a Champion CT-470 oil filter cutter off eBay. The old classic Aviation can cutter. It arrived today and it doesn't work with smaller dia filters these days.
So I ask what is a good value in a can cutter these days? Any recommendations? I prefer NOT made in China if possible.
