This is something that should be fixed. If you claim a kid on your tax return, the government should have the right to claim child support on your income.

Most ALL cities in the US today are mostly ghetto, the reason why? They have been surrendered to minorities.

Every town of any size in our country has a lower income area.
The decline of the older cities has nothing to do with race and everything to do with economic segregation.
As the first families moved to the 'burbs, more followed, until most of those left in the cities proper were those who couldn't afford to move.
It isn't that the cities have been surrendered to anyone.
It's that by default they've been abandoned by most of those with the means to leave them.
Many large cities, Detroit certainly among them, have been devestated by the loss of their economic base. Every large city, including Detroit, still has enclaves of wealthy residents, though.
Drive through the residential neighborhoods along the lake on the west side of Cleveland and you'd never know that you were in an old industrial city trying grimly to survive in a post industrial era.

This tells you how little you know about real estate and economy surrounding it.

People move to the burb because of the cheap oil induced mobility. This correlates to the time when the transportation of all go from municipal rail to personal vehicles.

There are always lower income neighborhood, even in suburb, usually at hard to access area and older part of town.

Funny how many of the downtown area has been revitalized during real estate boom and the ghetto dwellers have moved further away from the city center or suburb, to even further inland (i.e. Riverside, CA and the rest of the inland empire taking over downtown LA's ghetto dwellers, Stockton and Richmond CA taking over former Oakland, East Palo Alto, East San Jose ghetto dwellers, etc).

Wealthier people can move where they want, and they prefer places that make sense at the time and newer development area. That means closer to downtown when fuel is expensive and further into the suburb when fuel is cheap.

You don't suppose that a past as an exploited European or British colony could have been a factor, along with the willingness of certain European nations to sell weapons to the governments of countries unable to feed their people?

I completely agree. way to many loop holes for to many people to live off the rest of us..

Chronically living off of others is a character issue in 100% of cases.

Make it more difficult to do so AND make it personal by giving away your own money instead of some bureaucrat giving away government money and you'll see much less of the chronic, perpetual dependence at all economic stations.

i cant tell if your being serious or making a joke... either way im just going to shake my head.. although "running a framing crew" is completely believeable to me.. Ive had plenty of ex-con work crews building stuff for me before.. great work when they show up. On the other Hand Union workers do about 1/3 of the work in 3 times the required time for about the same finished product.. Atleast in this area..

I personally have no issue with anybody having the free will to give money or help of some kind to the needy. What I do object to is having no choice in the matter and having a portion of my income taken away from me regardless of what I may or may not desire.
