Second gasket came in today. I ordered DHL Smart Mail, it arrived in a priority shipping box ON MLK DAY and looks like it was intentionally damaged. You can clearly see where someone scratched the plastic wrap with their finger nail in the shape of an arrow. Also torn with scratched up gasket material. Since when did RA shut down their customer service telepone line. Im calling pay pal to look into a refund.
