Instead of Start Menu 8 from Iobit, which I've experienced Malware+ from, get the free Classic Shell instead.
Windows 10 installed, did not want it.

Is there a list of updates (Microsoft KB numbers) that can be safely uninstalled if you have them on your computer? For instance, I know KB3035583 is associated with Win 10 upgrade, and have it installed. What happens if I uninstall it?

Just use the registry keys I posted earlier and you won't have to worry about it.
