Which Vehicles Have Simple Engines?

Are there any vehicles manufactured today that have the following:
1. Multi-Port Fuel Injection (instead of direct injection)
2. No Cylinder Deactivation
3. No Variable Cam Timing
4. No Variable Valve Lift

And if not, how far back in time would someone have to go to get a simple engine?
Ford 4.6 2 valve... they had a reputation for going 400+k miles in taxi service, and the last years also put out good power. The 2000-2004 mustangs with a manual tranny were quicker than the 68 mustang with the 390 that Steve McQueen drove in Bullitt.. so they weren't slow 😉 They were also ultra reliable except for the plastic intake manifolds on the early 2000 models.

Police forces and taxi companies everywhere were upset when Ford replaced the 2 valves for the 3 valve versions with the phased cam timing. Terrible move... they made more power, but were a huge step down in reliability. The Triton 5.4 3 valve is widely considered to be one of the worst engines Ford ever made 😲

The '80 > '87 Colts and Champs I had were easy to work on the engine and transmission for maintenance .

Those features, in whole or part, are used in all engines today and have been for a long time.

You'd have to go back to the old OHV engines; Ford Windsor series ... GM first gen Vortec ... Dodge Magnum series ...
Also the OHC stuff from like 30+ years ago from Toyota and Honda, Ford Mod motors, when no cam manipulation was present.
