Which vehicle would you take if you could only bring one vehicle ...

The Lexus, which is basically a Toyota Landcruiser and has plenty of aftermarket support across the globe.
People forget that this is essentially a Landcruiser (or Prado in some countries) and is sold and serviced on every continent with permanent residents. Add to that the legendary durability and reliability plus and exceptions 4wd system....

I'd go with the oldest one. That V10 Ford will last a long time and there are lots of parts out there for it. No experimental transmissions in those days.

So since this old thread was resurrected, is this truck choice and potential job still relevant?
Still have all three F 350s.

I tried selling the 2002 F350 and could not get anything near what I expected. The truck is in outstanding running condition, interior is all updated, yet could get a any more that a trashed out work truck. So decided to keep it.

I was offered two positions in remote Alaska, but turned them down primarily to lack of acceptable housing for my Wife. I am still in the same job I have had for over thirty years, on a retiree recall. I have a job waiting for me when I finish my retiree recall requirement.

Earlier this month I applied for two jobs in Texas, and two in Montana. Last month I applied for two jobs in Colorado, Wyoming, and Oregon. So maybe if I end up in Wyoming or Colorado, I will put a plow on the 2002 F350. With its v10, 4.33 rear, and short bed--- might make a nice plow rig.
