Where is everyone buying PP so cheap?

I usually go to AA or Autozone and at AA PP was $5.78qt. M1 was $5.88qt. Based on what Terry has said, at that price I'd still go with the PP, but I keep reading that people are buying it for $2qt. Havn't checked Walmart yet.

I'm not really sure, i would assume the price of one bottle, which they sell for 7.50 a quart at JL stores.I could probably get it for free as long as i did the change at the shop
