Laid back
Normal
Aggressive

I would say I am usually laid back. Don't jack rabbit start, don't do lots of lane changes, try to surf lights, rarely get mad at other drivers, let people cut in etc....

In my car by myself, I tend to be more aggressive.

LOL

Love your signature

Conservative is mine -- I do the speed limits in town and when on the highway -- I will do 3 mph over the speed limit what is posted. I am 45 now and when I was in my wild stages -- I spent entirely tooooo much money on tires.
Every now and then I will tach out the Baja to get on the freeways from time to time, thats about as hard as I push the car.

Can we get another category?

Assertive. I am one to go the speed limit. Be generally easy in traffic but if I am around drivers who drive like they are afraid of thier own shadow I find a way around and away from them. Can I squeeze by your car for the left turn up ahead? I know what size hole my vehicle will or won't fit through and will drive accordingly. Others seem to have no idea how much room they need to get by the car ahead of them.

Defensively, like you're supposed to. And since it's well known that 'the best defense is a good offense', I drive offensively. Very.

Laid back 95% of the time. If someone is tailgating me on a winding road or on ramp I try to go just fast enough that the person behind me has an "incident" while trying to keep up.
That said, I normally get my aggressive driving fix at HPDEs.

Laid back to normal. Even though I am 75 now, even when I was young, I was never really aggressive driver. Some of that was probably because I only had very LOW powered cars.

Mellow at appropriate speed and aware.

The Governor just notified me if I get a few more good reports I get to cary and USE the Roto-Shotgun of Automotive Justice on New Jersey's roads.
When that day comes motoring will improve for us all.

Hybrid driver. I get there 10 seconds later than the rest, after everyone rides my bumper, cuts me off etc etc. If I'm in a hurry, doesn't happen often, I just focus on not hitting someone and GO.

Normal.

It's hard to be laid back where I drive. You must be very aware of what is going on since there are stupid people everywhere. I'm not aggressive though.

My driving style? Ticked off at all the Canadians and idiots that don't get out of the left lane. I do about 5 mph over every where I go, and you got idiots just lolly gagging in the left lane without a care in the world. I get it, your in sunny south Florida on vacation and the world revolves around you. Idiots.

Normal to aggressive. If someone is antagonizing me-try to catch me. Generally 5-10 over the limit but out here in NM/S.CO you can go 90 in a 65 and the cops don;t even look at you. My travel to shopping is on a road I can see 10 mi. ahead and rarely see but a few cars in 50 mi.

A hybrid driver that goes the speed limit? That's not very common!
