What are the best and worst OEM oils?

Which OEM oil is your comment in reference to, exactly?

Is there even a true OEM oil? I honestly think that they are all outsourced. Maybe I'm wrong. If there is a vehicle manufacturer that has an oil making plant, then by default, that ONE would be the best. We can agree to disagree if anyone disagrees over my definition of either OEM or outsourced. Many original parts on a factory new vehicle are outsourced. I worked in manufacturing for 2 decades (and for a part of those 2 decades, in the auto industry), so that is my opinion. ODM is a whole other matter. All of the below more fit the definition of ODM. TGMO can take it's proprietary blend for 0W20, whatever version it is on, and give the next contract to SOPUS - right?

Per OP - HGMO, TGMO, AC Delco, BMW High Performance Synthetic Oil?

HGMO = Shell
TGMO = Exxon/Mobil
AC Delco = Exxon
BMW = Castrol

A few other major US consumers....

Motorcraft = Conoco
Subaru & Honda = Idemitsu
Mopar = Shell

etc...

Which is the best OEM? Sopus, E/M, Castrol, Conoco, Idemitsu? - because these are the OEM's. EDIT - AS I THINK OP MEANT AS OEM

I (probably incorrectly, and I'll concede that) concluded that another commenter was generically saying that there is no best oil - exactly.
