Which battery? Tesla makes many different varieties. Considering the cheapest Model 3 does/did cost $35,000, you're way off.
The 60kwh battery for the 2019 Bolt is about $12k at the dealer. The 50kwh battery in the base Model 3 is probably around $10k. Barely used 75kwh packs are under $10k right now. Separate Model 3 battery modules are $5k-$7k new.
Numerous Tesla supercharger stations have solar arrays and battery storage. They will largely all be this way eventually.
