Waffle houses weird ordering language

I still think the food is priced fair. Really just depends on what you order, for example, the "All American" (maybe that's the name) is about $12, I think, but it includes bacon or sausage, 2 eggs, hash browns, and toast. I think you can order 2 eggs and toast for maybe $7. What they get you on, and this is the case for most restaurants, is the coffee or drinks. A cup of coffee is almost $3 (with 'free' refills).

Sometimes I get a waffle, eggs and a drink for like $9, other times its like $11, never figured out why
