Yep, I recall Durablend being 30% synthetic a few years ago. It was a good oil, I used a fair bit of it.

I still have 5L of Durablend 10W-40 (SN/CF & A3/B4) with a Valvoline syn-blend media filter all lined up for a tour of duty in my car.
 
Comes back? Seriously I use it on my Stepdaughters Mazda it never went anywhere.

In Oz, Valvoline Durablend semi-synthetic has been replaced by Valvoline EngineArmour semi-synthetic. I spoke to Valvoline on the phone (in Oz), and they said the old EngineArmour formula has been improved to make it equal to Durablend, which mostly involved increasing the synthetic percentage to equal what Durablend used.

It's now the same stuff, but I much preferred the old DuraBlend blue jugs over the new EngineArmour brown jugs.
