For all the customer sampling done on the used oil, was a sample also sent in of the previous used oil so that Mn levels could be directly compared?

Looks like zero. But you’re right, he definitely should have included that in the video. But maybe he knows that motor oils never have manganese in them (I certainly don’t!), so didn’t bother.
