Me neither. I don't know how all these different vehicles could be accurately modeled by some amateur without detailed design information.
What's, "made up"?
Well it's not a video from real vehicles during some sort of crash test, it is only a simulation. And my question was about what it's based upon, real crash test simulations are FEA that's based on the specific construction, as drawn from the CAD. I don't think these dudes reverse engineered every vehicle nor do I think they have the detail drawings.
Not real video of actual crash testing. All computer generated, and as was pointed out based on what exactly? The odds of it being actual vehicle specific modeling of impacts is likely zero...
You tube is full of videos that are CGI interpretations of crazy unrealistic things and scenarios. The user is left to decipher whether its real or made up. One could congratulate the creator on creating a video that seems to have taken many in as being real...
