It being a German product, I strongly suspect the Wurth is a stag tallow product with mineral oil for easy application. Note how it says it's silicone-free and bio-degradeable.
 
I wonder if "super lube" brand grease would work to protect door seals. It is silicone free, uses teflon and is a dieltric grease. I found it on a gun supply site. Google it to find out more. Seems like good stuff.

BTW, I use the spray version on plastics to reduce squeaks along my leather seats. However, I need to use it every few months.
 
I've had good luck with Zymol rubber compound. The bad news is that the only place that I have ever seen it sold is Rocky Mountain Motorworks. The stuff smells like coconut for some reason.
 
I used Armor All for yrs and now use 303. Another plus is these products help prevent doors from freezing to the weatherstripping in winter.
