Wow, I saw the commercial so many times and had no idea that was Carl...Very sad.

In addition to his role in Rocky, he played a great part in the movie Death Hunt with Charles Bronson and Lee Marvin.

He went into acting after his NFL career stalled. I remember he made a short lived series on ABC that was set in Oakland, where he played briefly for the Raiders.
