One of the all time greats. RIP.
I once had the pleasure of meeting him and talking a bit. I was working at the collectible firearms dept. for a major outdoor retailer. Mr. Butkus was there for an ad series photo shoot and hung out with us between sessions. As I recall, he had just survived a terrible boat fishing situation in Alaska.
