Yeah it appear to be made by Champion although your motomaster may have a media more similar to that in the older Mobil1 filters vs the cheap media used in the delco or jobber ecore filters.

Well, I’m going to say the Motomaster OE Plus MOPH 10060 is identical to a AC Delco PF48 ( not PF48E), and they are most likely made by Champ. The both have metal end caps if that’s worth anything to anyone. If anyone thinks that’s incorrect, I’m listening.

I've noticed that ROCKAUTO has started leaving the efficiency rating off their oil filters again. I'm not going to look them up so they just lost my business!
