PDP very basic (motor oil) question...

XW-40 and XW-20 (for the sake of argument), will a positive displacement pump pump these viscosities in equal volume over equal time?

yes but the xw-40 will ramp up pressure more quick

As long as the BHP is there to turn it, a functioning PD pump properly supplied will pump hot water and dry dirt at the same volume in equal time ( or anything else)

CP is a little different.
