Any female in film is attractive. Even if they're made to look ugly ..it's distinctively ugly. Yes, she's appealing ..but that scene is a bit forced. Would anyone REALLY be that way? The "hard time" that I've gotten from attractive women in such positions is either poised indifference or all too easy downright put downs that flow like they were born to skewer males for fun. A competitive duet ..."and you think you're worth my time?" type thing.

..but she is a very appealing woman.

More stuff Near the end of "in motion" ..it appears that the film maker had a decent sense of cinematography ..a bit more developed. The sound track, costumes, and set appeared to work. Though the "average" goofy guy thing is a bit worn for my tastes ..it does appear en vogue and marketable.

I actually find it odd when you ask someone if their sister is attractive and they say, "I don't know. I don't look at her like that." I didn't ask if they wanted to have relations with her, I just asked if she was pretty.

I'm very proud of her. Even though she did marry a Swiss. Great, another job lost to overseas outsourcing!

"Hot" just used to mean something else when I was younger - sorry if I offended. She does look quite pretty in the picture. I hope she gets the part.

Currently I spend chunks my life trying to get my two pretty daughters to dress appropriately and still the perverts leer. Even when my wife and I are right there. How sick are some men these days - no class, perverted freaks I tell you.

Yes ..they do. Women that don't look good on film don't get on film. Taken any film or series and compare it to some realty based show ..like COPS and see if you would put any of those people in film on a paying basis. Even if the women are ugly ..they're distinctively ugly. Can you see the guest on Gerry Springer getting into film ..or those who look like them? Nope. Letterman "on the street"? Nope.

Uglies on film? I find absolutely repulsive, usually based on a mix of looks and personality: Rhea Perlman, Lotte Lenya, Rene Zellweger, Minnie Driver, Pam Anderson, Shelley Long, Shelly Duvall, Sarah Silverman, Jeanine Garofalo, Sarah Jessica Parker. They all make me hurl.

Yeah, Julia Roberts has a horse face. And her lips are abnormal. So are Jolie's lips, but I kinda like her (although I she appears mental). Jennifer Garner looks to me like a guy in drag. Most of my peers drool over her for some reason. I don't get it. Nicole Kidman was cute before becoming anorexic ten years ago. Same goes for Michelle Pfeiffer, who was hot way back in the '80s, but who suddenly turned into a hag. What happened to Phoebe Cates?

Well, I think that we're being critical to a very high degree. I found Loni Anderson really unappealing .. Her hair was always TOO BIG ..her mouth TOO WIDE ..etc...etc. ..but she, as just about all that you mentioned, ..are "distinctively malformed" like our fine Julia. Shelly Long would probably never be in anything except a comedy. Her face doesn't have on bit of serious in it.

While I found her fellow cast member, Jan Smithers ..extremely appealing. In a "behind the librarian cover" type way.

Now someone who doesn't make me "hurl" ..but I often wondered what the fuss was about ..was someone like Jennifer Aniston. Aside from her striking eye color/clarity ..she appears very generic to me. Lean and otherwise boring
