Pentius PLB3600 Photos - Dissection!

Here's the pictures I promised. This is a Pentius PLB3600 oil filter. Seems very well made. Took me forever to cut it open with my Dremel. The canister is very thick. Check out the unique bypass valve. The plating is very even and there is a lot of it. Spiral tube with a nitrile ADBV. The picture of the baseplate has a plastic cover over it like DENSO's oil filters. These are at partsamerica.com for about $3.49/each. Commercial accounts like mine get them for about $1.50/each. Seem like a good deal.

You take your http: put it between brackets on the left
img] ( no space there ..I did it so the brackets and letters would show
 
Saw your post and feel bad for not helping out a fellow Oregonian :(... I wasn't sure if you were using dial-up, or posting for other 56k'ers.
Dissection looks good.

They aren't bad for the price that they are in. For $1.50, they are a great deal. I might even switch from FRAM.
