Parking lot ding

This reminds me when I successfully used a [used] toilet plunger once when I accidentally pushed in the trunk on my ex's car.

I had a pdr guy look at it and he said it'd be a body shop job. So,file an insurance claim and have them look at it?

If you have to pay a deductible on the insurance claim, I wouldn't even file. I understand you will see this ding every time you walk up to the car, but eventually you will just have to let it go and be done with it.

If you can't do that, then pay the insurance and get if fixed. Of course you may then also have paint that doesn't blend in well but the ding will not be noticed anymore hopefully.

It's going to count as a "collision" claim, which could make your rates go up. Plus paying a deductible, just gotta bite the bullet and pay for it yourself.

Here it is. Man that [censored] me off!

Is it because it's on the seam the reason the PDR shop said they couldn't do it?

I agree on the suggestion not to file with the insurance. Save that for the big stuff

Yep. I had one say they could do it buy it would only be a 75% improvement (for $125),and the other said they can't do it because of the seam.
