If there is slight varnish I agree, but it allows people to justify spending extra $$ for in the end does not matter.
I posted the photo to show that you can use normal oils and still have a clean motor. Most of the time we hear stories like above, oil is NOT the problem. There is something else like maintenance issues (PCV, Air filters, leaks, fuel problems, etc) but its easy to blame the "cheap" oil.
