This may be slightly off topic, but here goes. Does any know of a product that works well for preventing the build up of clippings under a mower deck? I've heard of some people using Pam cooking spray and some using WD-40. It seems to me that a product like Amsoil HDMP might work well because of the wax-like film it leaves. Any thoughts?

Check out the Eureka chemical companies web page.
They have a product called Fluid Film that is made for rustprofing but it also repels water and grass from mowing decks. It is amazing stuff. The best procuct that I have seen for stopping rust.

WOW 1001 uses for HDMP!! It's great stuff. I will try it when mowing season starts
