I finally got my terribly rounded lug nut off with a torch

...but the wheel stud melted as well, should be getting one soon. Since I took the stud off, the right side of my car makes a wiggling sound especially when turning (sounds like it's coming from my wheel). Could not having a wheel stud be the problem?

All the heat might have done bad things for your bearing.

I have driven with missing wheel studs and things sound fine.

eljefino is on the correct path. Look for something else like a bad bearing, cracked hub or cracked wheel. This would be especially true if you consider having the wheel fall off while driving down the road to be a problem. The noise is coming from something, you can be sure of that and that something might be trouble.

I have to agree with both of them. The wheel bearing appears to be a full unit for your Chrysler which includes the wheel studs. I would get it checked out and replace the spindle nut as well as the bearing if it determined to be so.

^^^what they all said^^^

When I was a kid (45 years ago) I drove all manner of decrepit junkpiles with missing lugs and never heard any noises.

I second that hub noise can be a sign of something bad...be very careful driving until you get it fixed.

Sure, if the other lugs are loose... otherwise, it is something moving... and the only thing that moves is the wheel bearing, or the brake rotor / drum rubbing against a pad / shoe...

It's not your wheel, unless it's about to fall off..
