We still have them around here at all of our Wal-Marts. No sign of it going away...yet.

Time to try another 5-20. Won't that oil change
with 5 or 6 trips for 5 qts be more costly than just one trip to Ford if you still want motorcraft?

They also fly off the shelves as soon as they are stocked.

I agree, but I think it was said by someone on this board, it's more about the thrill of getting a deal than saving money.

Yepper! Same here in NJ. If you don't get lucky and go to Wally World as soon as they get a shipment in they're gone

. They disappear real quick. I have enough for 1 more oil change in May. I'm going to have to "visit" Wally World on my lunch hours more frequently now to buy a supply of 5 quart jugs as soon as they are stocked.

Did you check all these stores in the same two day period?

Sometimes it's best to ask what day the oil stock gets put on the shelves. It's Monday at both Wal-Mart's by me. Then a day or two later, they are all sold-out of MC five quart jugs.

You need to catch them as soon as the shelves get stocked. They go fast.

The Wal Mart I was in on Wednesday had Motorcraft 5W20 in five quart jugs. That was Simi Valley, California.

Walmart is china's single greatest trade partner. Walmart buys more goods from china than every other company in the world, including whole countries. The point could be made that walmart is single handedly financing china's emergence as an industrialized nation.

So, you are knocking a company about their item source, but then complain about their lack of an item that you want, and it's not even imported?

You sure about that? I could've sworn hearing that MC uses japanese or chinese basestock.

You're twisting everything Auto-Union. We hate Walmart for their enormous support of China and we also hate Walmart for never keeping their oil shelves fully stocked, but we don't hate them for having American made motor oil.

The guy asked why it was called "chinamart."
