Depends if you think HYDROTREATED LIGHT NAPHTHENIC PETROLEUM DISTILLATES are PEAs, I really don't know, maybe someone can clue me in.

Well I reread the MSDS on the 3M cleaner, and it has very little PEA, so you can ignore that one.
 
Well, if nothing else, it will be easier to maneuver around the filler and get every last drop from the container into the tank.

I didn't mind using Regane when AutoZone was giving it away for "free" after rebate, but at the regular shelf price, I can buy SI-1, and for a few dimes less.
