Music streaming device to connect to line in on amp/pre-amp?

@Pablo this is a timely post, if I understand it. I listen to KPIG via cell and in our Model 3. I need a device to connect to my receiver.
Is this what you are referring to?

By the way, KPIG is by subscription only. Thanks in advance.

Hmm, yes and no. Not made for a car. And for home, depends on how you stream. Direct from a website to your PC, I don't know. These music devices use services, Qobuz, Tidal and Amazon and Apple Airplay, that sort of thing.

We've been using Spotify for home and car ever since Tesla cut off the music streaming. It's pretty good. It comes into the home through our PC and gets to the preamp through a 10 or 15 year old Sonos link (don't know its proper name).

Spotify had a 3 month special. Not sure yet whether we'll keep it for the long term.

I'm guessing KPIG provides you with a streaming URL. If so, and if you get one of the WiiM streamers I linked above, just paste that URL into the WiiM app:

But I would check with KPIG if there are any restrictions that would prevent you from doing that.

I saw a recommendation, I thought and I can't find it now.

Goal, stream clean music via our wi-fi to stereo but NOT through phone. (Ok to control DEVICE with phone app though) TIA

Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Bluesound-Wireless-Resolution-Multi-Room-Streamer/dp/B0DB67J59Q
The Bluesound is the cheapest way to stream. I have a used one that I’m going to sell. I moved up the the Eversolo A6 which does everything very well. It has all the music apps on it and streams in high quality sound. It has good dacs in it. Connect to. The internet and pug it into your Marantz and you are good to go. It has a good phone app for controlling it all over the house. New ones are $900 but used ones are available for less. It’s very popular with audiophiles.

Apologies; my question was not clear.
The Model 3 uses Bluetooth from my cell to the audio. That's a snap.
My question is how do I stream from, say a laptop to my stereo receiver?

Should be laptop headphone jack to receiver microphone and set receiver to aux.

I hate computers.

You can do the same with a receiver. Just get a Bluetooth adapter (like the one Cropduster172 mentioned above), connect your phone to the Bluetooth adapter and connect the Bluetooth adapter to your receiver using a stereo RCA cable.

That would work, too. Just need a mini-jack to RCA cable to connect your laptop to your receiver.

Wifey came home and said, "Why don't you bring up the browser?"
She used the LG tv remote to bring it up and connected to www.kpig.com with my username and password.

Ripple was playing, a few more songs and now Dead Flowers. Keep calm and oink on...
I'm in Heaven.

I was streaming from my Mac to the Bluesound which fed my stereo. The Eversolo is a self contained streamer so you don’t have to use a phone or computer.

So when these devices like the Bluesound say they support Amazon music through their app - does this mean the music streams directly to the device? I asked them and the answer is really cagey and leads me me to not send them my money.

I am not buying a $300-$500+ device to use my phone as a battery draining passthrough if this makes sense. See what I am asking??
