It's not, neither one of my Modulars move a lick on the dipstick over an OCI. They do use certain oils though, as in 1/2 quart max over 5-6000 miles.

Using certain oils, now that's where i'm at, other than thinking too much is blowing through the PCV into the plenum, the fact i'm using M1 is my other thought.

Thinking of switching to PP.

My daily driver Marauder (140,xxx miles) used a little oil...maybe 1qt/5,000 miles...with both MC 5W-20 and M1 5w30. Uses about half that with PP 5w30.
