How?? Cows milk isn't actually good for you by the way.
Sprintman might freak that me and my wife go through at least 3 gallons a week for the two of us... Back when I lived at home with my folks we went through 7-8 gallons a week of milk. Fo course, the background that extended family lives on a dairy farm may be worth mentioning here...

I hope my well water is good but all I know is that there isn't E. Coli in it.
My point is that anything you eat or drink could be hyped up as bad for you by someone.
