Does anyone have any experience with MFA fluids?
I'm thinking about going to Big O Tires to get my engine coolant replaced, and it looks like they use MFA-brand (MFA OIL Longlife Pre-Mixed 50/50 Extended Life Antifreeze & Coolant): http://lubeadvisor.mfaoil.com/en_US/equipment/mirage_es_1_2_FawEeHq4t?q=2014+mitsubishi+mirage
This is apparently an OAT (Organic Acid Technology) coolant, from an email I received from them.
Is this suitable for use in a 2014 Mirage? Mirage's manual says to use "Mitsubishi Motors Genuine Super Long Life Coolant Premium or equivalent" and equivalent means "similar high quality ethylene glycol based non-silicate, non-amine, non-nitrate and non-borate coolant with long life hybrid
organic acid technology"
I found this information on MFA's coolant: https://www.mfaoil.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/sds-longlife50-50antifreeze.pdf & https://www.mfaoil.com/wp-content/uploads/Longlife-Pre-Mixed-50-50-Extended-Life-Antifreeze.pdf
I'd appreciate any responses!
