Toyota will buy 5% of Mazda shares and Mazda will buy 0.25% of Toyota shares. Toyota is looking to be the largest automaker in the world. Currently they are third. Renault-Nissan group is now number one following the addition of Mitsubishi. Volkswagen Audi group is number two.
