I can't seem to find much specific info, for Mobil 1 , PP or the elusive Ultra.
I was hoping to try Royal Purple since it's local and easily available but no info. on their MSDS.
Mobil 1 0w-40 Euro is on my list (NOACK around 8-9% if I remember)
Castrol Edge 0w-40 is hard to find locally
I'm intrigued by this 0w-30 Belgian Castrol but it's an SL , too much phos or zinc then ???

I'll probably $pring for the Redline since the HTHS is very good too.
Thanks
The PQIA has M1 at about 10% in their 2013 roundup of 5W30 synths.

The "star" of this list as far as NOACK is concerned, Pennzoil Ultra, has since been discontinued...Platinum and Ultra Platinum 5W30 do not have quite such impressive results, although they are still very good.
Our buddies at the ROC have M1 5W30 EP at 9%.

I have just switched from M1 5W30 to EP for the winter and ESP for the summer. They are all low in calcium to alleviate my LSPI concerns and the standard M1 and EP both have low CCS viscosities at -30C (I ski a lot and will have my car parked outside on some very cold nights in the White Mountains). ESP is a thicker at cold so I don't like it as a winter fill, but I have 12 liters of it sitting around now for warm weather use.
And, you are welcome, sir!!
I've used a lot of M1 & M1 EP over the last 12yrs (currently in the wife's RX350) with good results.
What is the M1 "ESP" ??
Thx
