Liquid de-icer stains off of tire sidewalls

Anyone have any ideas? I washed the tires with soap and water, but the white staining from road de-icer is still there. I used a soft brush.

Use Wesley's Bleche White. Cleans rubber sidewalls really well/

Thanks, I'll give that a try. The liquid de-icer they use around here really stains tires especially if you don't clean it off periodically.
