I had Bulleit for the first time the other day. It was really really good and the price made it even better. I was gonna get a bottle of the red and green but I just got another bottle each of Octomore 14.1, 14.2 and 14.3, so my budget is shot for the month. Next month I should be getting the Black Art 11.1 so depending on price, budget might be shot again.

Threw down the bucks for the United Club, I had to wait 3 hours for a friend to arrive. Old fashioned with Evan Williams Black. Probably the best Old Fashioned I’ve had at the airport.
Eastern Kille... this one's local to me. I had a glass of it at a local restaurant recently and loved it, so decided to pick up a bottle.
Picked up a bottle of Bruichladdich Classic Laddie right before Christmas.

Are you smoking your drink? I ask cause I am not familiar with this stuff. I've never had an old fashioned. Honestly, there are a LOT of drinks I haven't had. Either cause I'm not a fan (vodka stuff for instance) or carbs, which is why I don't really drink beer anymore. I do miss beer!
Ordered myself a bottle of this. Bruichladdich 1986/30. Been looking for a while but haven't found anyplace I could order from until recently. If I can get a bottle of the 1988/30, I can complete my collection. Already have the 1984/32 and 1985/32.
Yes you smoke the drink for a few minutes. The process goes like this.
Take a piece of orange peel and rub the rim inside and out. Put the peel in the glass.
Add
2 oz of bourbon
1/2 oz of simple syrup
A dash of orange bitters
A couple maraschino cherries
Ice
Stir
Place in the smoke box for roughly 5 minutes.
Enjoy
