Is Meguiar's® M83 safe for plastic and rubber?

What the title says. Is it safe for it to make contact with unpainted plastic parts of the car or rubber parts as the doors' weather stripping or should one take extra care to avoid applying it to these parts?

If it's porous and you don't wipe it off before it dries, it's going to be harder to remove AFTER it dries as it embeds below the surface. Pretty much any polish will do that.

I have used it to polish/clean window moldings.

Saw it in an AMMONYC video with Buff Daddy.

It works great. Don't let it dry.

Yes, I was saying you can use M83 to clean the rubber moldings as long as you don't let it dry.

It water soluble so it's easier to remove if it dries than something with VOCs like a wax or sealant, but still tough.
